Building Permits - Park Enterprises
The Town of Nobleford has partnered with Park Enterprises LTD. to deliver development services to residents. Permits include, building, electrical, gas, plumbing and PSDS permits. When you're ready for an inspection, contact the Town Office and they will arrange for an inspection to be conducted. Park Enterprises follows up on all permits to ensure they are in accordance with the Safety Codes Act. For more information please contact Park Enterprises or the Town Office.
Development Permit Application
Any individual wishing to develop land, whether residential or non-residential must be issued a development permit. To obtain a permit, one must fill out the Development Permit Application and receive approval form the Development Officer.For more information please see Land-Use Bylaw

Building Removal Application
A development permit is required to demolish or remove a building or structure from a site. The permit process ensures that buildings are dismantled and removed in a safe manner and that the land will be left in a suitable state after removal. For more information please see Land-Use Bylaw.

Sign Application
Those wishing to implement any signage within the Town need to complete a Sign Application and submit it to the Town Office for approval. For more information please see Land-Use Bylaw
