New: Customer Portal

The Town of Nobleford is excited to unveil the new service now available to property owners: the Customer Portal! The Customer Portal is a central location in which users can find all E-Notices, including utility bills, property tax notices, and invoices. This program is incredibly useful for keeping track of bills, notices and invoices to ensure easy upkeep of all your accounts, as well as quickly comparing your utility bills and water usage! When enrolling in the program, please be aware that you will no longer receive physical copies of utility bills, property tax notices, or invoices. You will receive an email notifying you that a new document has been uploaded to your Customer Portal which you will need to log in to view.

If you would like to sign up for the Customer Portal, please follow the steps below:

  1. Complete the E-Notice Consent Form and return it to the Town office either in person or through email at admin@nobleford.ca
    • Make sure you carefully read the form as it asks which notices you would like to receive through the portal. If you do not know your utility account number leave it blank and we will locate it for you.
    • Current E-Billing customers do not need to re-submit this form. A special email was sent with instructions tailored to you.
  2.  The Town Office will review and enter the information provided on the form. Once the information has been entered into our system, we will provide you with your confirmation and your customer number.
    • Please be aware that confirmation will not be instantaneous as we need to review the form and will only occur during business hours.  
  3. After you receive confirmation, you will need to create an account on our Customer Portal page: https://portal.nobleford.ca/
  4. You will now begin receiving all future utility bills, property tax notices, and invoices through your Customer Portal.
    • Only documents issued after the date of enrollment will be available on the Customer Portal.

You will be able to access your Customer Portal 24/7 either on the website or through the Town’s app, SeeClickFix. Please see the following images to see where to find the link!

Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to set your location to Nobleford, AB. If you would like to receive Town Notices, you will need to create an account and set your location to Nobleford. The Customer Portal will open right in the app.
